To understand current practices (successes and barriers), and access issues with learning technologies, the ILC will carry out a comprehensive review that includes Canadian organizations as well as affected individuals. Information will be collected in survey format (on-line and paper), through interviews and through the acquisition of formal documentation. The results from this research will be published on this website.
